Our People
Piconics partners with our employees because we realize that the higher skilled they are the better product we supply. We empower the employees to be more involved in the manufacturing improvement and quality process. With design and manufacturing taking place in the same facility engineers and production workers are interacting on a daily basis with the goal of constant improvement. Piconics has established a program that rewards employees for coming up with an idea to improve a product or process. Constant cross training along with specialized team leaders allows for quick troubleshooting and seamless shifts in manufacturing support to meet customer demands in different product areas. Our Facility
Here at Piconics we are proud to be a "MADE IN THE USA" company. All products are manufactured in our 20,000 sq. foot facility located in Tyngsboro, MA using the tightest tolerance manufacturing equipment and process controls. Piconics partners with their employees to provide the highest quality inductors on the market today.
